For safety and hydration, water will be easily accessible to every attendee free of charge.

We are proud to announce that through the help of our friends and partners, the Heartlands Renaissance Festival will be able to be enjoyed by English, Spanish, and ASL speaking attendees!

Varied Vendors

From horns and gems, to delicious food and swords; we have a huge amount of vendors with quality goods that can be found throughout the entire faire! 

Camping & Parking

For your convenience the fairgrounds will have two large fields dedicated to parking and camping respectively. Additionally, the parking area will have multiple entrance/exit points to ease traffic.

Grand Arena

Whether its jousting, live combat, reenactments, or anything in between, our Grand Arena is the perfect spot for for an attendees to gather, sit down to rest and watch the action from the stands.

Weddings

Have an imperial wedding by renting out the fairgrounds! We'll even work with you to provide entertainment, catering, an officiator, and more!

Rodeos

The Heartlands Renaissance Festival's site was originally built for rodeos, so why not embrace it! Enjoy both American Rodeo & La Charreada! You may also rent the grounds for your own rodeo!

LARP

Roleplay is at the heart of any renaissance experience, the difference is how you choose to engage with it! Whether it's doing quests, putting on an accent, or all out LARP combat, we are the perfect place for it. If you run your own LARP event, you may even rent out site!
